We made playdoo with our friends this past weekend and decided to video it for Daddy. Here is William's. It was super easy to make and lots of fun for the kiddos.

Balows, part two

Here are the rest of the photos from our visit with Adrienne, the boys, Shannon and the girls. We made homemade playdoo one day. It was super easy and lots of fun for the kiddos. The mommies made margaritas too. I am a salt lover....only on margaritas...so we took a pic of mine to show Kevin. Doesn't it look tasty! It sure was!

The Balow wrecking crew

Adrienne and her boys came in town to visit us this past weekend. We had a great time! The boys were too funny to watch together. William and Aidan bonded instantly, which meant that they began fighting with each other instantly too. Paulie and Keegan tried to develop a friendship, but territorial issues kept getting in the way. Paulie just did now want to share his toys. Shannon, Adrienne's college friend and sorority big sister, came to visit with her two precious girls, Mia and Avery. You can imagine the chaos that ensued in my house with six children under the age of 5 and three mommies. We thought we had it under control, but several times we found out that we did not! Ah, the joys of parenthood. Here are some pics from the adventure. I have a few more to post...which I will get to soon.

Busy bees

We have been busy over here at the Capozzoli household. Daddy came home last week from some training and the boys have been in heaven! Can you blame them?!?!? Daddy is pretty great. Our sleeping routines have gotten back to normal and it is wonderful to have just Mommy and Daddy in the Mommy bed.....little boys remaining in their beds. I am sure that will all change in the next few weeks.

We are looking forward to our visit from our friend, Adrienne, Aidan and Keegan. They arrive on Thursday. We went to the market today to prepare and tried to go to Costco yesterday. Well, we did make the one hour drive up there just to find out it was closed and then drive back home another hour. It was great fun! So now I get to go to Costco this week for our purchases.

I will post pics from our visit and try to update a bit more....we have just been so busy getting back to normal life. It has been wonderful.

Snow day - sort of...and a funny shot

This morning I awoke to this.......

and thought, "It snowed. Please let William have school!" William awoke and said, "Yay, it snowed. I hope I don't have Kindergarten." The difference between a parent and a child. Mind you, I am currently parenting alone...have been for a few weeks...and have appointments today...without Paul. So a day from school just would not work. Turns out school was on. William is excited to play in the snow when he gets home and I get to keep my appointments...we both win.
And then when I walked into the kitchen I was greeted with these:
Paulie must have seen the snow, ran to his room, grabbed his shoes and brought them out so he could go play in the snow. Too funny......notice what type of shoes they are. That's right, he still is a Florida boy! Love it.
William has been playing around with different looks and decided to try this one one....the cool guy look. Wonder if he is trying to be like Daddy.....hum?!

Videos, videos, and more videos

I have been busy over the weekend uploading some video to the blog. Scroll down to the Capozzoli Clan video section to check them out.

The first one is of Daddy and Paulie dancing to the snazzy, jazzy music on the Pama Liqueur website. We found this site on New Years Eve when Auntie Sara came to visit. Much dancing and drinking occurred in our playroom that night...and then it got serious....a Tetras battle between Daddy and Aunt Sara. I don't remember who won. I feel asleep on the couch listening to them bicker back and forth. They truly are each other's long lost siblings.

The other three videos are from last Friday when William's school had Awards Day. William received two awards!!!!!!! One for perfect attendance and the other for Achievement in Art. The Art award was given to one boy and one girl in each class. William represented the boys in Mrs. Reilly's class. We are very proud of him! And, he is quite proud of himself!

Enjoy the videos. They are quite funny.
