Spring has definitely arrived and along with it, the Easter Bunny! Aunt Kelly and I took the kids to an Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Delray Beach yesterday. They got to meet the Easter Bunny and grab as many eggs as possible. William, of course, was too scared to meet the bunny and Paul, well, he could have cared less. Too young I guess. But I did get a shot of him....and I can see why William was scared. Can't blame him, I would be scared of a giant Bunny with a huge head and eyes that don't blink.
The city roped off the eggs by age group. Paulie was in one area, the 1 to 2 year olds. William was in another area, the 3 to 4 year olds. Aunt Kelly said she would watch William and hold little Abby while I attended to Paulie. Paulie did great and grabbed about 20 eggs. William, well, you could say he got a bit nervous by the mob-like mentality of the kids ferociously grabbing the eggs. He managed to get 1 egg and then stayed as close to Aunt Kelly as possible, telling her over and over "I'm scared". Paulie made the day by sharing all of his eggs with his big brothers. Here are some cute pics from the event.
Now you can see why this might scare a child. It all makes sense to me now.
A pic of Paulie putting his eggs in his bucket.
The three cousins. This is the best picture we could get of them yesterday. Check out Paulie's face. I love it. William holding steady for baby Abby.
Baby Abby and her one egg.
Paulie just loves to pose for the camera now. Sure makes taking pictures easier. I just loves these faces below. They sure are some of the cutest smiles I have gotten. I am sure you will love them too.

And, on Easter morning the Easter Bunny brought presents....some candy....but mainly presents. Less sugar, more education and easier boys to be with. Believe me, they had enough sugar yesterday.
I love this picture of William waiting for his presents from the Easter Bunny.

Paulie and the peeps. So I did break and get them some candy. Peeps are just plain Easter. Gotta have them.
And finally, pictures of the boys and their presents. Check back for more photos from our Easter Egg Hunt and family time with Aunt Kelly, Uncle Tye and Abby.
