Our Christmas/Winter Family Vacation....GREAT WOLF LODGE

We decided to take some much needed family/vacation time and go to the THE GREAT WOLF LODGE. It was by far the best family vacation we have ever taken! The boys loved every minute of it....and so did we. The resort looks like a Swiss Chalet - very rustic and warm. The best part is they have an indoor water park, an interactive video game that is played on all floors of the resort, arcade, craft room and so much more! We were able to relax and enjoy some great family time. Kevin went on all the big waterslides with William while I played in the toddler/baby pools with Paulie. Sometimes we all played in the big wave pool....or best yet, the boys played and Kevin and I relaxed, reading a book and watching the boys have fun. At night the lobby hosted bedtime storytime where the clock tower came to life with animals and an Indian princess. Wiley, the Great Wolf Lodge mascot, would come out with his cub friend and read stories to the kids. By the time we left, Paulie really liked Wiley and we thought we might just get a picture of them together. The closet we got was Paulie getting excited everytime Wiley came on the TV or was seen on any of the resort pamphlets. If there is a Great Wolf Lodge around you, I highly encourage you to take some time and go. It can be pricey....but it is worth every penny. Enjoy the pictures!
