I know, I know.....where are the new blogs! We have been busy and well, time has gotten away from us. Here is a review of the past few weeks.
Spring break ended and we all survived. William started a new school on April 2nd. The transition has gone VERY well. He loves his new school and often talks about not liking his old school. Good decision on Mommy's part for making the switch. The morning drop-offs are SOOOOOO smooth now....no crying, falling on the floor, and tantrums. I had that everyday but ONE at the old school. Pick-ups are even better! He talks about how fun school was and what he did. When I ask him if he had fun, he says "It was great, Mom." I am so relieved and happy! There was one change with the new school switch. William is now going to school Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. So that means three days of getting up early. William, like every other family member on both the Capozzoli and Von Gunten side, is not a morning child. On Wednesday, he decided not to eat breakfast in favor of sleeping.....typical.
Paulie is on solids and LOVES them! I think I should have started him earlier. And, I am happy to report that he is sleeping better. He sticks to his routine and goes down around 7:30-8:00PM, has a bottle at 10:00, wakes at 2:00 and then up at 7:30-8:00AM. It is getting much better. Mommy is slowly getting rid of the 2AM bottle.....by this weekend he should be off it. That does not mean he will be sleeping....more like crying for it still. But, it is much better. He is drinking more of his bottle during the day. Hope it continues to go well.
We have done some visiting in the past weeks and plan to do more. We went to Troy, AL for Easter and saw Grandpa and Grandma Capozzoli. William had fun collecting Easter eggs. Next week we will travel south to Delray Beach and see Gaga and Papa Seybert. We are looking forward to the visit...not the 10 hour drive...but the visit.

We took a really long walk the other night. This is how Paulie decided to spend the last part of the walk. He looks so funny asleep in the backpack, like he only has a head and a backpack for a body! Cute.
William wanted to finger paint the other day while I did some reports for work. Well, he painted a little bit more than the paper......what is with him wanting to look like the Green Giant or Incredible Hulk?! At least it was washable finger paint and all came off in the bath. Ah, boys.....
William decided that he needed to color his face with blue chalk the other day. This is his impression of William Wallace from Braveheart. I think he could give Mel a run for his money.......

Love the pictures. Ashlyn likes to decorate herself as well. Messy, messy kids.
